Here I am with lady number four. Speed dating really is an awesome thing if you want to get to know people but I don't highly recommend it if you want a long lasting relationship. The reason you may ask ? Well because meeting 3 or 4 people in one day wears you out. I mean you got to put on this nice guy act and compliment them and all that jazz. To be honest, I'd rather find a girl who I've been close friends with so I don't have to put on an act. I know girls would never like my real self but I've never been so tired from speed dating. Meet this chick one day and another one, etc. It's plain boring and it's plain tough !I need to burp and fart once in a while. It's been 6 hours for god sakes! I'm never taking advice from my friends again. Not since this speed dating crap has been mentioned. I feel like taking a nice hot bubble bath to relieve me from this stress. Maybe some sweet hot cocoa and some lemon pie as-well.. Yes that will be a night, but for now I'm stuck here waiting for this chick to shut her trap. She went on for over 2 hours talking about how her life sucks. I finally got fed up and left. Who knew that she would talk me right out the door ? Anyways, I headed for my apartment for some nice bath time. I met this really cute girl on the way here but she was passionate about reading. I'd rather not get a girl who puts reading before her boyfriend so I just said good bye and left. Sometimes I wonder why I can never find a nice girl to date. I mean, I've used free dating websites, speed dating and chat rooms but none of them seem to be working for me. To top it all off, I've been single ever since last month, which is really unusual for me. My sex life has also been boring. I thought about hitting up some local clubs and picking up a few swingers but I knew that it would be useless. I'd still have this empty hole in my chest saying that I need someone to love. But for now I guess I'll continue playing video games till my heart's content. Maybe I'll never find love. One thing is for sure, I won't find it in this neighbourhood.
